A special drive is being conducted at all polling stations in the district until October 9 to add the names of eligible citizens to the voter list. During the campaign, the process of adding the names of eligible voters to the voter list will be carried out by the respective booth level officials. Collector and District Election Officer Rajiv Ranjan Meena has appealed to all citizens of the district to visit their polling station and check the voter list. If their name is not listed in the voter list but they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, they must apply through Form-6 to get their name added. Without a declaration, Form-6 will not be accepted. Directions have also been issued to all booth level officers regarding this.
