Brics countries have expressed concern over ongoing conflicts and polarization in various parts of the world. At the ongoing Brics summit in New Delhi, all countries endorsed the New Delhi Statement.

Concerns were raised over the escalating conflict in West Asia, damage to infrastructure, attacks on civilian nuclear facilities, and rising expenditure on arms. The statement calls for more effective dialogue and mediation to establish long-term peace, security, and stability in West Asia.

The statement clearly mentions that a resolution to the Israel-Palestine conflict cannot be achieved without fully restoring the rights of Palestinian civilians. The countries strongly condemned the attack that took place in Palestine last year and reaffirmed their commitment to efforts to combat all forms of terrorism.

The countries reached consensus on facilitating faster, cheaper, and transparent methods of transferring money to citizens residing in various countries. They also endorsed India's proposal to establish a task force on sports technology and organize a sports equipment manufacturing conference through the Brics Statement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about the Brics Statement.
